This extensive journey has led me to develop a unique approach that helps people build balanced, highly capable bodies. By combining strength and mobility training, you will develop a deeper understanding of your body while promoting healthy joints and adding muscle mass. The result is a body that not only looks good but feels good too.
About me
I started on my journey with strength and mobility at the age of 31, and discovered a surprising lack of information on how adults can really get flexible. Over the years I have worked with hundreds of individuals of varying abilities, using scientific methods to make them stronger, more mobile, and more comfortable in their bodies. My coaching approach is rooted in a deep fascination with the human body and a comprehensive understanding of how to guide people through the physical and mental challenges of training.
