Barbell Row - Really hunt to get the LATS engaging.

Elbows in, body line, travel forward
Wall tricep extensions
Step down pistols
Use fingers for first few reps
Drop to 6, only use hands as a light support. Then build back up.
Weighted flamingo/curtsey lunges in goblet style 10kg

Pistols - first rep good, hold the last rep at the bottom.
RDL - keep weight the same - try and find the hamstrings
FS with heel raise
