C1: Shrimp Squats
3 x 8-10 reps (each side)
The aim here is to work the front leg as much as possible - eventually we want to get just the knee touching (no support foot). But start slow, build balance and strength. DO NOT SLAM THE KNEE ON THE FLOOR!
